THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You should have a genuine passion for cooking with the highest quality, fresh ingredients and will be working alongside a team of experienced and enthusiastic Chefs. We really care about the food we send out!
This role is to support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the daily running of the kitchen, to maintain excellent standards and be responsible for all kitchen activity, including food ordering, production, cleaning, due diligence and stock management.
