Job Description Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations of the Western Kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with HACCP and hotel policies. Monitor food cost, portion control, and inventory levels to meet budget and operational requirements. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high performance and maintain discipline within the section. Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas. Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu execution, new dish development, and overall kitchen operations. Qualifications Minimum Primary school education Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
