Job Summary * Responsible for the food production and daily operations of the Banquet Kitchen  * Ensure quality of the food items are maintained to the highest standards and compliance of food safety and hygiene standards at all time * Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food and maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products Job Requirements * Diploma in culinary related disciplines or equivalent vocational training certificate * 3-5 years of culinary experience and preferrably in hotels * Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, be innovative and service-oriented * Team player with good communication skills   At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
