Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Weston Hall Hotel and Stone & Ivy. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, supervising junior chefs, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting in menu planning and development. The role will also involve ensuring smooth kitchen operations and contributing to the overall culinary excellence of the establishment.Qualifications
