Wychwood Park Hotel and Golf Club is a stylish and modern conference venue, which offers an extensive range of light and airy accommodation and 27 meeting and training rooms. With a diverse food offering across its 130-seater Hotel Restaurant with theatre front kitchen, Hotel Bar, 2 large Banqueting Suites and Golf Clubhouse there is plenty of scope for a chef to show their culinary skill.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for organising and setting up the assigned section of the Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity. Ensuring that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes. Assisting our Senior chefs in ensuring that our food quality and service delivery match up to our customer’s expectations.
We are looking for a chef with passion and flair and a genuine love of fresh food production. But above all else you need to be an energetic and enthusiastic team player who always portrays a positive attitude to working life. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a similar Hotel or Restaurant setting.
40 hour week, 5 days out of 7, straight shifts.
