Job Description Chef De Partie - We have two part-time positions available Are you a passionate Chef de Partie ready to be part of something truly extraordinary? At Sofitel Broadbeach, we are bringing to life “7 Paintings” — a groundbreaking, multi-sensory dining experience where art, storytelling, and gastronomy come together to create an unforgettable journey for our guests. We’re looking for two talented Chef de Parties (20 hours per week) who want to step beyond traditional cooking and help craft a culinary narrative that inspires, surprises, and delights. About the Role Contribute to an immersive dining concept that blends visual art, theatrical storytelling, and innovative cuisine Help execute dishes designed to evoke emotion and tell a story Collaborate with a passionate and creative team bringing the “7 Paintings” vision to life Deliver exceptional quality and consistency in a live, experiential environment Qualifications Previous experience in high volume Banquet service.
