We are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f) to strengthen our kitchen team.

Tasks

Ø Precise preparation of specific dishes or parts of dishes

Ø Responsibility for a smooth process in your area

Ø Training of kitchen staff in your area

Ø Ensuring quality and adherence to recipe specifications

Profile

Ø Completed chef training, preferably with further training as a master chef

Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy/hotel industry

Ø Quality awareness and enjoyment

Team player with a positive work attitude

Talent for employee motivation

Economic and environmentally conscious thinking

Long-term cooperation is sought
