Working a desirable Monday to Friday schedule, you will take ownership of your section, cook high-quality dishes from scratch, and maintain strict food safety standards. You will collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional, consistent meals and ensure a seamless daily service for the client's teams.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Production

  • Prepare, cook, and plate fresh dishes according to exact recipes, spec sheets, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure correct cooking temperatures, speed, and consistency during peak service.
  • Guarantee the quality of plating and presentation according to both internal and client standards.

Stock & Waste Control

  • Receive, check, and store deliveries correctly (FIFO system).
  • Anticipate needs and report them to the Manager; assist with monthly stock takes.
  • Monitor stock levels and actively work to minimize food waste.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Adhere strictly to internal HACCP, food safety, and allergen control procedures.
  • Keep your section, equipment, and storage areas spotless and organized.
  • Apply cleaning and disinfection procedures at all times.

Team Collaboration

  • Support fellow kitchen team members and guide junior commis staff.
  • Communicate clearly with front-of-house and management to guarantee high satisfaction across the client site.

  • The opportunity to work for a leading, fast-growing tech company with a vibrant culture.
  • Great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule — no weekends!
  • Competitive salary package and paid holiday allowance.
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and real opportunities for promotion within the company.
