Innovates seasonal menus that blend authenticity with creative flair. Demonstrates a flair for flavour, plating finesse, and calm under pressure. Shows commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and culinary creativity that complements Gilpin Spice’s Pan-Asian concept. Upholds the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. Collaborates with the whole restaurant team and supports the senior team to enable smooth kitchen operations.
