Responsibilities
  • Act as the day-to-day owner of the product backlog: write, refine, and prioritize user stories
  • Define sprint goals and support agile rituals (daily standups, retrospectives, demos), collaborating with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with sprint goals
  • Translate product initiatives and designs into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA during sprint planning and execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for development team during sprints, providing clarifications and acceptance criteria
  • Track progress against sprint goals, raise blockers, and help resolve issues to maintain team velocity
  • Partner with scrum master, product designer and developers to remove blockers and ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure delivered work meets defined requirements and is production-ready
  • Help coordinate releases, internal communications, and product documentation
  • Help gather feedback post-launch to inform continuous improvement
  • Serve as a go-to resource for internal teams who need clarity on upcoming features or timelines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., customer success, marketing) to ensure alignment on releases
  • Assist in identifying customer needs, trends, and market opportunities to evolve the product.
  • Continuously gather and integrate feedback from users, internal stakeholders, and QA to inform continuous improvement
