Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) Chef de produits en CDD jusqu’au 31 Octobre 2026. Responsabilités : Collecter et analyser les informations du ou des marchés d’un point de vue qualitatif et quantitatif pour développer le chiffre d’affaires et les parts de marché de ses produits. Gérer efficacement le budget pour répondre aux objectifs de vente et de contribution, conformément aux priorités convenues. Être garant des prévisions des ventes grâce à la collaboration avec la supply, la finance et les équipes commerciales. Adapter et potentialiser les idées créatives globales en prenant en compte les insights consommateurs locaux. Assurer une excellente exécution locale et l'amplification des stratégies consommateur, shopper et expert afin de renforcer la préférence consommateur et la recommandation des experts. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes shopper marketing pour gagner la bataille de la visibilité sur le point de vente. Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en place de la stratégie média ainsi qu’au développement des campagnes de communication. S'assurer que toute l’exécution est alignée à l'identité de marque pour sans cesse nourrir la valeur de la marque. Respecter les deadlines commerciales et gérer activement les échéances en amont et en aval au sein de l'organisation. Réaliser des analyses concurrentielles régulières pour établir des recommandations pour atteindre les objectifs de parts de marché. Mettre en exergue les « best practices » France et de la concurrence auprès de la BU Europe du Nord et du Global. Assurer une relation transparente entre toutes les fonctions en France et à l’international. Participer activement au partage des connaissances entre pays et développer un « HALEON » mindset. Être capable d’influencer les stratégies de la BU pour servir au mieux les intérêts locaux. Garantir la mise en place d’activations en ligne avec la politique et les guidelines HALEON (ex : durabilité, inclusivité). Clients internes : Equipe Marketing BU & Globale (CGT) / Customer & Shopper marketing / Comptes clés / Finance / Affaires réglementaires & médical / Logistique Clients externes : Agences de publicité et de créa Connaissances et formations requises 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en marketing (idéalement FMCG / pharma). Responsibilities

The Chef de Produits is responsible for collecting and analyzing market information to develop sales and market share for products. They will manage budgets, collaborate with various teams, and ensure excellent execution of marketing strategies.
