Au nom de notre client, Procom recherche un Chef de programme / Chef de projet pour un poste de 12 mois avec possibilité de prolongation. Ce poste est un poste hybride avec 3 jours sur place au bureau de notre client à Montréal.

CHEF DE PROGRAMME / CHEF DE PROJET - DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Dans le cadre du programme de transformation ITAM, le bureau de gestion du changement (OCM) soutient tous les volets du programme dans leur transition du développement vers l’adoption des processus à l’échelle de l’entreprise. Le rôle implique la rédaction de communications, le suivi de l’état d’avancement, la création de présentations PowerPoint et l’aide à la création et à la gestion de sites JIVE.

PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

As part of the ITAM transformation program, the Office of Change Management (OCM) supports all workstreams transitioning from development to enterprise-wide process adoption. The Program / Project Manager will be responsible for authoring communications, tracking progress, creating PowerPoint presentations, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of JIVE sites.

PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a focus on inclusivity
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Experience running workshops with stakeholders
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with JIVE development
  • Understanding of Agile development

PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with corporate adoption communications
  • Experience with KPI capture and reporting
Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of business models and technology services
  • Collaborate with functional disciplines for comprehensive planning
  • Capture and monitor potential risks and escalate appropriately
  • Document requirements, assumptions, and changes in scope
  • Host governance forums and drive discussions and decisions
  • Work with the OCM team on communication and adoption stages
  • Create communication cascade plans and PowerPoint materials
  • Manage distribution of materials and complex distribution lists
  • Ensure compliance with Morgan Stanley’s guidelines
