Ce poste requiert un(e) professionnel(le) dynamique capable de gérer des projets interfonctionnels, d’optimiser les processus de paiement et de revenus, et de bâtir de solides relations avec les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires externes.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
• 3 à 5+ années d’expérience dans les paiements, les opérations financières ou la gestion des revenus.
• Expérience avérée en gestion de projets, de préférence dans l’industrie des paiements ou des fintechs.
• Solide compréhension des systèmes de paiement, des flux de revenus, du règlement et des processus de rapprochement.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
• Aptitudes marquées en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour interagir avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et des partenaires externes.
• Bilingue (français et anglais) – parlé et écrit.
• La certification PMP ou équivalent constitue un atout.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in payments, financial operations, or revenue management.
• Proven track record in project management, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, revenue flow, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bilingual (French & English) – spoken and written.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.

• Lead and oversee financial operations projects with a focus on payment processing, revenue flow, and reconciliation.
• Work closely with Finance, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners, including payment providers and financial institutions.
• Identify and address process improvements to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing clear updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory and industry standards in the payments and financial ecosystem.
