Assisting the Head Waiter in service
As a Chef de Rang, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 48 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be successful Chef de Rang candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar role in a similar quality/paced restaurant. Good general food and beverage knowledge. Experience in a Michelin starred restaurant is desirable.
