Résumé du poste Le Chef de Rang (H/F) assure un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n’hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins. Il aura pour missions principales de : Satisfaction clients et qualité * Accueillir le client, effectuer l’enregistrement dans le système en respectant les procédures de la facturation des prestations, * Présenter et promouvoir l’établissement, les différentes marques existant chez Marriott et tous les produits qui s’y rapportent, * Assurer un accueil téléphonique et physique, s’assurer que les prises en charges des demandes ainsi que la prise de congés soient chaleureux, efficaces et de qualité conformes aux standards, * Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie, * Aider à régler les litiges éventuels, de façon à satisfaire les clients et les fidéliser, * Veiller à la mise à jour des informations afin de donner à la clientèle une information juste et rapide, * Respecter les procédures, les standards et les valeurs Marriott, * Connaître parfaitement la carte et les produits afin de répondre aux attentes des clients. Maximiser les ventes, * Effectuer les prises de commande clients, * Effectuer un service de grande qualité, servir les plats et boissons commandées par le client avec courtoisie, * Effectuer les tâches de travail attribuées par son supérieur hiérarchique, telles que mise en place, service des mets et boissons, débarrassage, gestion de Micros… * Maîtriser des arts de la table.
