La Casa offre 39 camere uniche, ognuna arredata con mobili e oggetti antichi appartenenti alla collezione di famiglia, una Spa rigenerativa di 1.200 metri e quattro ristoranti: Le Petit Bellevue, il Ristorante Bellevue, il Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne e la Brasserie du Bon Bec. La pluripremiata Cantina vini, la Cantina formaggi, l'orto circolare e la panetteria completano la Casa, parte del circuito Relais & Châteaux. Descrizione del lavoro Riportando al Maître, si occupa di: • curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio • partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala • registrare le comande, sporzionare i cibi dal piatto di portata, porre attenzione ai dettagli Reporting to the Maître deals with: • take care of the table's mise-en-place and service • participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team • record the orders, place the food from the serving dish, pay attention to the details Qualifiche • Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese e francese • Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux • Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier - AIS, FISAR o simili -) • Completano il profilo: forte senso di responsabilità e passione, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working • Diploma/Degree • Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English and French • At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux • Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus - AIS, FISAR or similar -) • Complete the profile: customer orientation, communication, flexibility and team working Ulteriori informazioni La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della dimora Relais & Châteaux a conduzione familiare che offre accoglienza e ospitalità al proprio staff garantendo un ambiente di lavoro sereno dove a ogni collaboratore viene riconosciuto l’impegno al successo dell’hotel - Contratto a tempo determinato dal 24/04/2026 al 18/10/2026) - CCNL Turismo.
