• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with our menus
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to develop new dishes and ideas
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health standards
• Bring energy, professionalism and creativity to every service
