On behalf of our client, a 4-star hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d)!

You bring the following with you:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a cook
  • Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or restaurants
  • Enjoyment of working with fresh products
  • Creativity, organizational skills and a meticulous work ethic
  • Reliability, willingness to take responsibility, passion and enjoyment of the profession
  • German, English or Italian skills

Your tasks:

  • Implementation of the kitchen concept in accordance with company guidelines
  • Compliance with hotel's internal standards and hygiene guidelines
  • Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
  • Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
  • Production and preparation of fresh dishes
  • Contributing new ideas for the weekly menu planning

What our client offers:

  • Net salary between €1,800 and €1,900 per month, with higher pay depending on qualifications.
