Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be accountable for leading the team to achieve business goals and sales targets for OBU QC, Atlantic and BC region. This includes the development and coaching of Account Development Representatives (ADR) and Account Development Managers (ADM), development of prioritized district strategies that consider the breadth of stakeholders and cross-functional nature, implementation of marketing strategy in the field in both oncology and hematology, developing sales forecasts, implementation of selling strategies and AGILE projects, supporting territory business plan development/implementation and leading sales meetings. This role will work with the head office team providing sales data analysis, insights and feedback to shape strategies and tactics. The District Sales Manager is a member of the OBU Leadership team, and as such helps to set the direction and vision for the OBU selling organization.
This position requires strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, proven strategic expertise and business development, working closely with other Amgen internal partners including District Sales Mangers, Medical Team, Marketing and Value and Access.
