Responsibilities
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections.
  • Working independently at times – you’ll be confident running the kitchen when needed.
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation in a compact kitchen.
  • Presenting yourself well – you’ll often be visible to customers and are part of the pub’s experience.
  • Supporting the development of menus, with scope to bring your own ideas and style.
