KITCHEN MANAGER

Your mission :

• Ensure the quality of the dishes served;
• Plan and supervise the daily set-up and weekly production and «mise en place»;
• Plan and supervise all asks that needs to be performed in the kitchen;
• Train kitchen staff.

Schedule :
Full time days, night and weekends with 2 days off per week
