We’re looking for a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our close-knit, passionate team at a charming country inn—a hidden gem in the heart of Kent’s wine country.
With a 40-cover a la carte restaurant and six stylish boutique bedrooms, we’re all about locally sourced produce, creative plates, and genuine hospitality. This is a rare opportunity to develop your skills in a professional yet relaxed setting that values quality over quantity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients—no shortcuts, no compromises
  • Supporting the Head Chef in daily prep, service, and maintaining kitchen standards
  • Cooking and plating a la carte dishes to spec with care and precision
  • Developing your techniques and contributing ideas to daily specials and new menus
  • Upholding cleanliness, safety and kitchen organisation to high standards
  • Working across larder, garnish, or pastry sections depending on your skillset
