Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, passionate Chef to join our team in Arlington, MA. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who takes pride in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals and values consistency, reliability, and teamwork. The Chef plays an essential role in supporting our residents' health and well-being by delivering meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Cook two meals a day and snacks for approximately 15–20 clients and staff Create nutritious, well-balanced, and visually appealing meals Plan menus that incorporate dietary guidelines and nutritional considerations Accommodate food allergies and specialized dietary needs Manage grocery purchasing, food inventory, and kitchen supplies Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of kitchen and storage areas Maintain professional, respectful interactions while adhering to appropriate client boundaries within a residential setting. Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Nutrition, Nutrition Sciences, or related field Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience Experience preparing health-focused meals, including Keto / Metabolic Wellness-inspired cuisine Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities High level of reliability, professionalism, and consistency Qualifications Desired: Strong preference to those with formal nutrition training ServSafe Certification
Responsibilities
