Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment.
