REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of one year’s experience as a Chef de Partie or above, with proven skills and reliability
· Confidence to run any kitchen section or lead a team when required
· Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on delivering quality under pressure
· Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations
· Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications

· Clear communication, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork
