We have a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant catering team, as a Chef at our Children’s Activity Centre, Condover Hall which is based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
Condover Hall is an elegant Grade I listed three-storey Elizabethan sandstone building, described as the grandest manor house in Shropshire, standing in a conservation area on the outskirts of Condover village.
The restaurant provides a buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner service for both guests and staff. At peak times, Condover Hall can host up to 600 guests, so the kitchen is a fast-moving environment providing tasty, filling and crowd-pleasing menus.

• Working directly with the Head Chef - ensuring that high standards are met and meals are in accordance with company guidelines
• Prepping and cooking breakfast, lunch & dinner for our guests and staff
• Catering for a variety of dietary requirements
• Working as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
• Following due diligence procedures such as HACCP
• Working to the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, stores, and back of house areas
