Looking for a fresh start in a highly respected, multi-award-winning kitchen? Aston Marina is on the hunt for a passionate, food driven chefs of various skill levels to join our talented brigade. If you love fresh ingredients, creative cooking, and working in a kitchen where quality comes first, this could be the perfect role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assisting with or running your own section (dependant on skills level) – ensuring dishes are consistently prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Being part of our ever-evolving menu development process. Enabling you to bring your own ideas, signature dishes and culinary skills to the development process with your dished potentially being featured on our award-winning menus.
• Assisting or working alongside our senior chefs in maintaining high-quality food prep and kitchen standards.
• Working across multiple kitchen areas – including starters, breakfast, mains, and pastry.
• Keeping accurate kitchen records (temperatures, stock rotation, food safety, and hygiene).
• Stock management – minimising waste, keeping ingredients fresh, and ensuring efficiency.
• Communicating with the team – ensuring a smooth service between front and back of house.
• Following food safety, allergy, and HACCP regulations to the highest standard.
