JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking multiple cook position, depending on the right candidate we have multiple opportunities we could offer with competitive wages to offer. Ideally we are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks, sous chefs or a managing chef position, to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry is required.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
  • Experience in supervising or managing kitchen staff is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
  • Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and cooking processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable dining experience for guests.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
