Manages a team of QA engineers Ensures software meets high standards before release Sets standards, assigns tasks, and inspires the team Mentors the team throughout the development lifecycle Innovates and enhances quality processes Collaborates with engineers and project managers in an agile environment Defines and reviews project quality standards Schedules and manages different testing cycle phases Oversees test planning, execution, and issue tracking Études de baccalauréat en ingénierie, en informatique ou l'équivalent d'un établissement accrédité Expérience en gestion d'équipe d'ingénierie Au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans l'automatisation de tests et l'application de techniques de test logiciel Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en programmation (C++/C#, Java et/ou Python) Expérience en automatisation de tests pour des Micro-services/Environnements Cloud Expérience sur les outils d'automatisation des tests pour les applications Desktop ou Web (par exemple Cypress, Selenium, Test Complete, SOAPUI, Postman) Expérience avec Git, GitHub et CI/CD Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (capacité à travailler dans ces langues). La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est essentielle pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec des collègues, clients et partenaires situés au Québec ou à l'extérieur de la province, ainsi que pour comprendre les documents techniques dans le domaine de notre industrie. Forte aptitude analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes. Gestion efficace du temps et compétences en matière de priorisation. Bachelor's studies in engineering, computer science or equivalent from an accredited institution. Experience leading an engineering team Minimum 8 years' experience in test automation and applying software testing techniques Minimum 8 years' experience in programming (C++/C#, Java and/or Python). Experience on test automation for Micro-services/Cloud environments Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Test Complete, SOAPUI, Postman) Experience with Git, GitHub and CI/CD Fluency in English and French (working proficiency in both languages). Fluency in French and English is required for this position to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners located inside and outside of Québec, as well as to understand technical documentation in the field of our industry.
