We’re looking for a Team Lead, Customer Operations & Service Delivery to join our Customer Operations team and help orchestrate the delivery of our customer-facing services — from training and consulting to customer success and support. In this key leadership role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Professional Services team, oversee internal tools, and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and team members.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Operations, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and satisfaction across all touchpoints. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to ensure smooth delivery and consistently high client satisfaction.
You’ll be responsible for:
