REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or customer-facing role
  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) – required
  • Proficiency in spoken English is an asset
  • Independent, energetic, and customer‑focused with strong teamwork skills

  • Perform cashier and sales advisor duties
  • Oversee your section’s personnel and operations
  • Manage inventory and cash handling in your section
  • Maximize team performance and sales
  • Address special customer requests and resolve issues
  • Ensure adherence to Première Moisson standards
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products
  • Coordinate work organization across one or more store sections
  • Open and/or close the store as required
  • Enforce merchandising, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Supervise and train team members, including new hires
  • Serve as acting Assistant Manager when necessary
