CHEF DE CUISINE - MIETTE SANDWICHERIE

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead day-to-day production at our new location. They will work closely with Miette’s leadership team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.
This role is a mix of hands-on kitchen work and management. The Kitchen Manager supports the team, handles scheduling and organization, and helps create a positive and efficient work environment.

REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen setting
  • Experience in a management or leadership capacity (1 year minimum)
  • Strong prep skills: confident knife work, efficient execution, and a sharp eye for detail
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Motivating and supportive team leader

    - MAPAQ certification required
