MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE Coordinate the work and manage the actions of his/her team Ensure the proper PROFICIENCY_RATING-APPLICATION of deadlines, procedures and internal regulations Guarantee the smooth running of sales contracts: control the processing of customer orders, ensure compliance with the pricing policy, manage all flows from registration to delivery, validate the availability of products Ensure that all billable quotes are invoiced Supervise financing files Manage disputes, claims and litigation Prepare internal/external contractual reports Participate in the preparation of budgets. JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Bac+5 FIELDS OF STUDY: Comptabilité -Gestion –Commerce REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years as a Sale Administrator Officer JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL Directions opérationnelles -Service Comptabilité -Contrôle de gestion EXTERNAL Supplyers - External providers Formation / Expérience : •CAP / BEP dans les domaines industriels et/ou techniques ; •CQP Chef d’équipe de l’industrie du béton ; Expérience souhaitée dans le domaine de l'industrie Compétences : Doté.e d'un excellent relationnel et d'un fort esprit d'équipe, votre grande rigueur et sens de l'organisation seront un véritable atout pour réussir dans ce poste.
