ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head Pastry Chef will be responsible for the daily production of all our in-house desserts, fine pastries, and viennoiseries, including maritozzi, butter croissants, cakes, tarts, and Italian classics like tiramisù and panna cotta. You will ensure top-quality results in both taste and presentation and contribute to product development in a creative, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce a variety of fine pastries: maritozzi, croissants, cakes, tarts, tiramisù, panna cotta, cookies, and more
  • Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and visual presentation
  • Manage mise en place and anticipate production needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
  • Participate in recipe development and production process improvement
  • Track inventory, maintain production lists, and order ingredients
  • Collaborate closely with the head baker and other kitchen staff
  • Uphold and promote company values: excellence, precision, creativity, teamwork, and ingredient respect
