Key Responsibilities Prepare a wide range of Saudi and Middle Eastern dishes with authentic taste Recreate and follow recipes accurately, including new and international cuisines Plan and prepare meals for daily consumption and special events Ensure food is prepared in a hygienic and professional manner Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation and storage Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times Adjust menus based on preferences and dietary requirements Requirements Female Filipino candidate preferred Proven experience as a chef, preferably in Middle Eastern cuisine Strong ability to learn and copy recipes quickly and accurately Experience in event catering or large meal preparation Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently Skills Expertise in Saudi dishes and fusion recipes Creativity in cooking and presentation Time management and multitasking skills Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
