Company Description Fiddler's Bar and Grill located on the greens at Mayapple Golf Course, 20 minutes outside of Harrisburg, PA. We offer fine dining in a casual atmosphere with seating available in our bar and dining room as well as our outdoor patio. Job Description We are looking for a skilled restaurant cook/chef to prepare delicious meals and lead our staff. Candidates must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be quick in moving around the kitchen and able to multi-task. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele and continue to grow our restaurant business. Qualifications Applicants must: - Have a minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining. A culinary background is preferred. - Be detail oriented and able to follow strict recipes/guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment. - Be comfortable working in a fast paced, professional environment. - Be eager to learn our menu and develop new skills while being able to adapt to different positions within our kitchen. - Have a positive attitude.
