To be successful, you’ll need; Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required FIFO Chef experience highly desirable Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Ability to work well under pressure Additional Information Working on the mines can be very rewarding but it isn’t for everyone.
