What we are looking for
2 years experience working within a fine dining, hattedestablishment. Experience of cooking with fire is preferredDetailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce. Strongcommunication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize andwork well under pressure. Have full Australian working rights.Available to work nights and weekends. Immediate start
