JOB SUMMARY

Vacancy for a Chef at the Fishbourne centre.
The Fishbourne Centre is a community centre west of Chichester which operates as a licensed venue and offers weekend catering and also catering for functions and events.
We are seeking a candidate with catering experience. The position will report to the General Manager and responsibilities will include menu development, costing and food ordering, organisation and weekend work including every Saturday.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must be 7061/7062 qualified and have experience of function catering,
Health and safety food ordering and costings.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
