We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and reliable Cafe Chef to join our team! If you love crafting fresh, delicious meals and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and cook café-style dishes (breakfasts, light lunches, baked goods, and specials).
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Assist with menu planning, including seasonal and daily specials.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimizing food waste.
  • Work closely with the café team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef, cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Food Safety/Hygiene certification.
  • Creativity and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
