We are looking for a creative and skilled chef to lead the kitchen operations for our unique venue, offering a fusion menu that includes Asian, Indo-Chinese, Continental, Italian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, as well as standout dishes like Hakka specialties, Biryanis, Kababs, and Katti Rolls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a chef specializing in fusion or multi-cuisine culinary arts.
  • Expertise in crafting Hakka dishes, flavorful Biryanis, succulent Kababs, and street-style Katti Rolls, etc…
  • Knowledge and creativity in developing affordable menu options and premium offerings without compromising quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of Asian, Indo-Chinese, Continental, Italian, and Middle Eastern cooking styles and ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Culinary degree or professional training is preferred.
  • Understanding of kitchen cost management and inventory control.
