ABOUT US

Franquette Crêperie opened in October 2023 and has quickly become a favourite for locals and visitors alike. Open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we serve authentic French galettes and crêpes, are fully licensed and also offer BYO.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast paced environment
  • An interest in, or willingness to learn, French cuisine and crêpe-making techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great food
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be preparing and cooking a wide range of sweet crêpes and savoury galettes, along with other seasonal menu items. You’ll work closely with our senior chefs to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes and keep service running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard of quality, presentation and consistency
  • Assist with daily prep and kitchen organisation
  • Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices
  • Support the team during busy service periods
  • Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu updates
