Located in Templestowe Lower, VIC, we pride ourselves on using premium ingredients such as free-range and organic products to deliver nutritious and delicious dishes from breakfast through to dinner. Our innovative menu features unique creations that promote wellbeing without compromising on flavour. We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef who can manage day-to-day kitchen operations, design and prepare menus follow our vision and also fulfill the dietary needs our company proud to deliver, ensure food safety compliance, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver a high-quality dining experience for our customers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Chef
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Experience with gluten-free and low-carb cooking techniques is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity and passion for for health-conscious cooking and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
