The Funkey Monkey Cafe in Lakes Entrance is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our team. We offer a diverse menu with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and a relaxed, beachside vibe.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders.
* Ensuring food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
* Assisting with stock control and ordering.
* Working effectively within a team environment.
* Providing excellent customer service when required.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a fast-paced environment (cafe/restaurant preferred).
* Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
