QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within fine dining or restaurant management settings.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing shifts effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and food service operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with catering services and banquet experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations within the hospitality industry.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
