Thanks to the incredible success of our first venue, Gochu is growing! We’re a Japanese-inspired bar and restaurant known for our high-end venue, creative food, and expertly crafted cocktails—all delivered in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
As our Gochu family grows, we’re on the lookout for passionate and creative full-time and part-time chefs to join our dynamic team. We’re hiring across all kitchen roles—from Commis, Sous Chef and Chef De Partie—so if you have the drive and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you. We’re seeking individuals with a strong eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You’ll be working closely with our talented Head Chef Jake, gaining hands-on experience and the chance to develop your skills every step of the way. While prior kitchen experience is preferred, it’s not essential—if you bring enthusiasm and initiative, we’ll provide the training and support you need.
