We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef/Grill Chef to join our culinary team. You will be working across our 2 kitchens using fresh ingredients to send out our dishes. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong emphasis on food safety and quality. As a Chef/Grill Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing grilled dishes to perfection while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
  • Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Supervising experience is preferred, showcasing leadership abilities in managing kitchen staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative atmosphere among staff members.
