We acquire quality, large format pubs in high growth regions and implement a combination of operational and capital improvements to increase trade and value. Our portfolio currently consists of 13 pubs across NSW and SA and we don’t plan on slowing down any time soon. Our pubs include: The Courthouse Hotel (Tamworth), Bray’s Railway Hotel (Albury), The Milestone Hotel (Dubbo), The William Farrer Hotel (Wagga Wagga), The Woy Woy Hotel (Woy Woy), The Northside Hotel (Lavington), The Victoria Hotel (Wagga Wagga), The Windsor Castle (East Maitland), The Jerra Hotel (Jerrabomberra), The Crown Inn (Old Reynella), Blue Gums Hotel (Fairview Park), The Aussie Inn (Hackham), The Lodge Hotel (Brahma Lodge).
We plan to continue growing, and fast, and need Chefs to make this happen.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

We are seeking Chefs to produce delicious, quality food from our wide ranging menu. Open for both lunch and dinner, our bistro’s offer crowd pleasing pub classics to contemporary Austalian dining with emphasis on flavour and simplicity. Not only do we need our Chefs to create a memorable dining experience, but they must also maintain the highest level of food and food safety standards, contributing to the overall pub performance and reputation in the local community.

Responsibilities
  • At least 2 years’ experience
  • Confidence and ability to create and deliver high quality food strategies and menus
  • A focus on delivering the highest standards of presentation, product and overall customer experience
  • Sound demonstration of product knowledge, technical skills and food standards
  • The ability to work in a team environment and liaise with FOH staff
  • Valid Basic Food Handler Certification
  • Diploma qualifie
