We’re looking for an experienced, qualified chef to lead and inspire a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen hands in creating exceptional food experiences across our alpine venues and employee housing kitchens. You’ll manage everything from preparation and plating to stock control, ensuring smooth, efficient service that keeps the mountain fueled. Safety and clear access for staff and guests are key as you help deliver unforgettable dining moments in the heart of adventure. What You'll Be Doing Lead, direct and monitor the production & associated staffing of kitchens through the appropriate supervisors & staff. Work towards creating a productive, efficient and harmonious team environment. Ensure stock take is being managed and documented in a timely and accurate manner. Enforce all aspects of food safety programme and where necessary take appropriate steps to ensure that food safety programme is being adhered to. Assist in the opening and closing of all food outlets.
