  • Junior Chef de Partie
  • Commis Chef
  • Wok Chef
  • Fry Chef

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold relevant level of trade qualification for Chefs
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of chef experience (required)
  • A passion for quality food and customer service
  • Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine would be beneficial but not a must
  • Knowledge of food service and preparation
  • Experience in commercial kitchen environment
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices
  • Basic knife skills
  • Exceptional personal presentation & “can do” attitude

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CHEF WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Daily preparation for kitchen service
  • Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas and innovative takes on traditional dishes.
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
  • Ensure compliance with NSW food safety regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
